ATC emphasize to work on human resource development as we believe in the Group’s philosophy “Organization Development through Self Development”. We have competent professionally qualified and experienced staff in each of our functions. ATC assists & encourages its employees for their professional qualifications and also invests in developing staff through in-house, out-sourced and international training.
To maintain the momentum of growth, ATC has implemented an ERP, Business Management System (BMS) Developed by our Sister Concern (M/s. AcmeLogic Systems (Pvt) Ltd. www.alsys.co) to automate the after-sales, supply chain, financials, HR and payroll systems. This implementation has not only streamlined operations but has created differentiation for Acme in the market place. Acme has also implemented the “Data Archiving System” as a step towards attaining its vision of becoming a “Green Business”.
